An American Sketch Comedy series created and hosted by Amy Schumer, that features sketches and interviews with various people that come with its own theme.

The series has featured various guest stars, including Scott Adsit, Patricia Arquette, Chris Beetem, Michael Ian Black, Zach Braff, Josh Charles, Paul Giamatti and Bill Hader among others.

The show originally aired for five seasons (2013–16) on Comedy Central. In 2021, a revival (originally described as a series of specials before being designated as the show's sixth season) was announced to air on Paramount+ beginning in 2022.

  • As Himself:
    • Amy Schumer appears as herself in the show, in addition to playing various characters.
    • Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Tina Fey, Patricia Arquette, and Jemima Kirke appear as themselves in "Last F..able Day", to discuss them possibly aging out of Hollywood and no longer being considered sexy as a result.
    • Chrissy Teigen appears as herself in "Boner Doctor" as a therapist.
  • Behind Every Great Man: Explained in "Foodroom".
    Amy Schumer: "I worked my way up to be a GM at a Sbarro in Tel Aviv. Then one day I'm stuffing couscous into a calzone, and I realized a woman's life is worth nothing unless she's making a great man greater."
  • Bestiality Is Depraved: In the skit "Stripper for Dogs", Amy and another stripper show up for a bachelor party that, it turns out, a guy is throwing for his dogs. While Amy entertains the revelers downstairs, the other one goes upstairs with the groom for his "last night as a free man". It doesn't end well.
  • Bigger Is Better in Bed: A sketch about a group of women building their perfect man á la [[Film/Weird Science}} Weird Science]] has one of them repeatedly ask for a bigger dong. Eventually Amy's character gets fed up and asks her to review that part to make sure it's to her liking.
  • Character Title: Inside Amy Schumer, created and hosted by Amy Schumer.
  • Dogged Nice Guy: Parodied in a sketch called "Hello M'Lady", a commercial for an "app for your smartphone that lets you manage those clingy, fragile guys who think they're dating you".
  • Intentionally Awkward Title: Given some of the sex jokes and the Double Entendre to go with it.
  • Makeup Is Evil: Parodied in an episode. A Boy Band appears to Amy and stars singing a song called "Girl You Don't Need Makeup", about how she should remove her makeup because she doesn't need it be beautiful. As soon as she does so, the boy band literally change their tune, singing about how they were wrong before and Amy should put her makeup back on.
  • One-Word Title:
    • Foam.
    • Wingwoman.
    • Brave.
    • Fame.
  • Silence Is Golden: The sketch "Foam" has no dialogue.
  • Technologically Blind Elders: The sketch titled "Mom Computer Therapy" has the Amy trying to teach her mother how to use a new model of computer with a therapist to mediate.
