Night Nurse is a 1972 comic book series from Marvel Comics, written byJean Thomas and illustrated by Win Mortimer. The series stars Linda Carter as the titular Night Nurse, along with Georgia Jenkins and Christine Palmer.
Night Nurse provides examples of:
- Naughty Nurse Outfit: Subverted, as Linda Carter wears a Florence Nightingale-type classic nurse outfit, and only serves to administer actual treatment (or at least, until Doctor Strange: The Oath when she hooked up with the Sorcerer Supreme.) Incidentally, she's also an MD, not a nurse, which makes one wonder if the getup isn't a form of Cosplay after all. (As she explains it, "'Night Nurse' is just catchier than 'Night General Practitioner'.")
- The Medic: Linda Carter is a fully trained nurse who specializes in healing superheroes.
