I feel that recently Male Gaze has become, like Shes Got Legs, a bit ambiguous. According to the Laconic page it's supposed to be when a female's body is deliberately drawn attention to. But many of the examples I find basically amount to "We see many shots of her butt." and that's it. I would like to propose readjusting the trope to make it less for unintentional cases.
