The spokesman for the Council of Five, the leaders of the Banking Clan on Scipio. He and his fellow council members are secretly stealing funds from the bank for their own enrichment.
- Morally Bankrupt Banker: All of the Banking Clan is typically this, but Clu and his fellow members on the Council of Five take it even further as they are embezzling from the bank itself to enrich themselves. The rest of the bank is outraged by this and helps take them down, albeit only because they are losing out on their share of war profits.
- Tempting Fate: He and the rest of the Council of Five assume that they're in no danger from the files stolen by Padme and Clovis because no one but them knows the location of their secret accounts. Too bad for them that the Sith have a disk with those files they intend to give Clovis as part of helping him take over the bank for their own purposes.
