- Micah is the Head of the Greed Department where she runs a casino for the greedy, where they gamble more and more, culminating in the sinners gambling away their souls.
- James is the Head of the Lust Department, seducing and punishing those who took advantage of others during their lives. While he was alive, James was also a serial killer who killed sexual predators.
- Sarai is the Head of the Gluttony Department, where she tortures rich sinners by tricking them into thinking they're in heaven, before stuffing them up and shoving them in her oven. When she was alive, the man who owned the bakery she worked at set it ablaze with her inside. Her last act was pulling him into the flames to die with her.
