Arrancar Arc: Sephiroth is revealed to be a former captain-class Soul Reaper as he defeats Hitoshi Demegawa as he attempted revenge. Meanwhile, Zelos Wilder barges into Tidus' life and tells him that he is part of him. He drafted him to train together with the likes of Cassandra Alexandra, Brooklyn Luckfield and Donkey Kong. On the other hand, a reconnaissance squad of Mitsuhide's forces, led by Yuu Narukami, Iron Tager and later, a VERY PSYCHO Archer, which ends up in Alisa being captured (in which Archer kills Cabba for fun).
Hueco Mundo Arc: Tidus, Sasuke and Germany barges in to Mitsuhide's realm to save Alisa, meeting up with Meia and Choji, alongside Chiyo Mihama. On the other hand, Mitsuhide assembles a group of elite Arrancars, but only sends out Yuu (knocks Tidus out), Thouzer (beaten by Akainu), Archer (beaten by Tidus), Guido Mista (beaten by Frieza), Rude (beaten by Zero) and Sir Crocodile who has disguised himself as Itachi's former lieutenant Rau le Creuset (beaten by Meia). But it was only a discretion so Mitsuhide could advance to the next stage...
(Filler) New Captain Arc: In some sort of an Alternate Universe, the empty seat of Shadow is replaced by Captain America who also brought in his 3rd seat Asakim Dowin. Conspiracy around a princess named Kaolla Su happens and it is later revealed that both Cap and Asakim are the actual antagonists. They're swiftly killed and Cap hits the Ret-Gone button on him.
(Filler) Beast Sword Arc: After Jin and Graham's demise, things has yet to calm down as other 'released spirits' are still out to wreak havoc. The good guys and their weapon spirits try to quell the chaos, although Litchi ends up striking a tragic relationship with Leonhardt Raglen. All the troubles eventually led to Alucard, and after taking him out, most weapons spirits return in peace for good.
Fake Karakura Town Arc: The good guys consisting Sango (a replacement of Nanaly), Cloud, Ciel (arriving late), Endeavor, Doukokuu, Snake, Kamina, Ed, Neon and Itachi face off against Mitsuhide's bad guys spearheaded by Wolverine, Mons Drake and Shinji Ikari. In the meantime, Tidus had his final showdown with Yuu, while Zero and Raoh team up to beat Tager. Lots of bad guys die... including Shagia.
Deicide Arc: The good guys fell thanks to Mitsuhide's power, even with the help of Mustang, Kaname and Sephiroth. Shadow betrayed Mitsuhide only to be killed, but then thanks to an emergency Training from Hell provided by Sephiroth, Tidus managed to kick Mitsuhide's ass (after transforming Wanyuudo into Yosuke Hanamura).
The Lost Agent Arc: Tidus thought he's had his normal life again while helping Matsu run her unagi shop... until he's confronted with Ovan to confront his brainwashing friend Jotaro Kujo, who's had his sights on everyone Tidus dears on. With the help of Ovan's friend, Aqua, Tidus retrains for battle again... Ovan is also a Big Bad like Jotaro.
Thousand-Year Blood War Arc: After surviving the Fake Karakura arc, Shinji has been kidnapped and Chiyo had to drag Tidus to beat her captors. Mitsuhide will make a surprise re-appearance.
Diamond Dust Rebellion: After Ed is accused of treachery, Tidus tried to solve the mystery of it, only to find Ed's old, vengeful friend Kuja behind this.
Fade to Black: Meia has brothers and sisters in form of Nozomu Itoshiki and Haruhi Suzumiya. But now they're erasing Tidus' memories and wants to keep Meia only for them...
Hell Verse: Ribbons Almark kidnapped Honoka and Tidus must save her, helped by Date Masamune. However, Masamune was actually the mastermind of the whole event.

Lelouch receives Soul Reaper powers from Yuki Nagato in order to protect his family, but she eventually gets captured by Yang Fang Leiden and Jon Arbuckle. With the help of Hinata, who secretly has a crush on him; Largo, his best friend who fights for his sake; and his rival and friend Vexen; he sets out to rescue her and eventually fight against the evil Karasu.
Later, Hinata gets kidnapped by Karasu and Lelouch has to go into another world to rescue her with the help of Shino, Largo, Yuki, and Jon. He and his allies go up against Karasu's army, including Willam B. Baxter, Gensai, Lust, Lancer, Leonardo, Jin Kisaragi, Peter Stillman, Venom, Angemon, and Xemnas. When they get in over their head, Apollo sends them some help in the form of Yang, Czar Baldy Bald, Sakura, and Shigemori.
Invading Army Arc: Liquid Snake makes evil clones of everyone in pursuit of his other half.
Lost Agent Arc: After Lelouch exhausts his powers fighting Karasu, he trains with a group led by King Roland II, which includes Great Britain and Cerebella. But the evil Chrom is afoot, aided by his associate Spock.
