  • M*A*S*H: In the 10th season episode "The Tooth Shall Set You Free", one of the plots involves a racist major who systematically arranges for the black soldiers in his unit to get the toughest assignments and therefore suffer the highest casualty rate, and those who aren't killed he arranges to be shipped home, even if their wounds are minor. When Hawkeye discovers this, he says the slaves in Uncle Tom's Cabin got better odds on living.

  • Classic Disney Shorts: The 1933 short Mickey's Mellerdrammer has Mickey and his friends putting on a production of Uncle Tom's Cabin, with Mickey as both Uncle Tom and Topsy, Minnie as Little Eva, Clarabelle Cow as Eliza, and Horace Horsecollar as Simon Legree.
  • Looney Tunes:
    • The 1937 short Uncle Tom's Bungalow is a parody of the story.
    • At the beginning of A Coy Decoy, one of the books seen in the bookstore is a copy of Uncle Tom's Cabin with an F.H.A. sign in front of the cabin.
    • In Book Revue, Daffy is chased by a wolf through a copy of Uncle Tom's Cabin, leading to a parody of the "Eliza-on-the-ice" scene.
    • In Mississippi Hare, one of Bugs Bunny's tricks on Colonel Shuffle involves him promoting "Uncle Tom's Cabinet".
  • Popeye: In Cartoons Ain't Human, Popeye's homemade cartoon features Olive avoiding a pair of bloodhounds by going across a river with ice cubes on her feet.
