pop'n music 10 includes a remix of the track "The Goonies R Good Enough", complete with a cartoony rendition of Mikey as your opponent, since Konami created the film's video game adaptation for the Famicom. Beating the song makes him replicate his death animation.
World of Warcraft: In the "Vanilla"/Classic game, the layout of the gigantic cavern hiding a ship at the end of the Deadmines dungeon (in which pirates hide) is very similar to the one containing One-Eyed Willy's ship.
