    Film — Live-Action
  • Birth is a movie-length homage. Both have a very straight-faced approach to their high-concept material, are set in a Big Applesauce version of New York City, and have a female protagonist with cropped hair struggling with young boys.
  • A Dennis the Menace Christmas: When Dennis' attempts to bring Christmas cheer to Mr. Wilson result in Henry and Alice owing Mr. Wilson approximately $45,000.00, they try to take their mind off it by watching television. Unfortunately for them, Rosemary's Baby is one of the movies playing on television, along with Children of the Damned and The Bad Seed (1956).
  • ''Eli': One of Eli's medications contains tannis root.
  • The story of Immaculate already owes a lot to Rosemary's Baby, but Sister Isabelle's body after she jumps to her death is filmed exactly like the sight of Terry's body after she jumps to her death from the Bramford. Unlike Isabelle, it's heavily implied Terry was killed by the cult or possibly killed herself in order to escape impregnation, while Isabelle does so because she's not chosen. The less specific homage is the decision to never fully show Cecilia and Rosemary's Antichrist babies respectively, just having them crying but not shown on camera and described by their horrified mothers.
  • Little Nicky: The Devil's son is also called Adrian.
  • Once Upon a Time in Hollywood: Rick Dalton talks about Rosemary's Baby a lot in the context of Roman Polański moving in next door to him.
  • The violent gaslighting abusive husband Griffin in The Invisible Man (2020) is given the first name Adrian, which Rosemary calls her half-devil son.
  • The woman humming over the opening credits of Society and the lingering shot of the Gothic house that's the source of the madness is a Shout-Out.

    Literature
  • In Dogs Don't Talk, Elizabeth's jealous dance teammates call her Rosemary's baby because they think she's the teacher Rosemary's favorite.

    Live Action TV
  • Atlanta: "Rich Wigga, Poor Wigga" has the "la la las" over the aftermath.
  • Gilmore Girls:
    • Rory tells Dean that he's lurking around like "Ruth Gordon with tannis root."
    • Richard wants to rent the movie as a Ruth Gordon marathon.
  • Chilling Adventures of Sabrina:
    • Sabrina wears a replica of Rosemary's red dress with a Peter Pan collar.
    • There is a doctor named Dr Sapirstein.
  • Lucifer. Given that the title character is the Devil himself, it becomes an obligatory reference when Chloe mistakenly assumes she slept with him. Lucifer to his surprise actually didn't, but can't resist trolling her.
Chloe: Please tell me we didn't...
Lucifer: Oh, did we ever. And I'm pretty sure we made Rosemarys Baby!
  • Mad Men: In Season 5, Sally reads Rosemary's Baby on the night that their apartment is invaded and they're robbed.
  • Supernatural: In Season 12, Dean refers to the recently conceived Jack as "Rosemary's Baby".

    Theatre
  • It's A Madhouse by Alan Bleasdale. Ben torments Vera, a pregnant female inmate in the asylum, by telling her the story of Rosemary's Baby.
