- Big Hero 6: The Hamada family’s cat Mochi can be seen in a picture dressed in a Stitch costume. Splodeyhead from The Series can also be spotted as a plush in Fred's room.
- Brother Bear: Stitch makes an appearance in the Animated Outtakes (using Stitch's cels from Lilo & Stitch).
- The Lion King 1 ½: At the end, Stitch appears as one of the many Disney characters crowding into the theater to watch the movie again. Chris Sanders reprises his role briefly via archive audio.
- Moana: The opening of the film has young Moana covering a baby turtle with a leaf to protect it from being eaten by predators, a subtle reference to Stitch doing the same (with a palm frond) in one of the photographs in Lilo's bedroom.
- Treasure Planet: A Stitch toy can be seen in young Jim Hawkins' bedroom at the beginning.

- Better Nate Than Ever: Nate and Litty go to New York to audition for a new stage musical based on Lilo & Stitch.
- Casey from Necromancy Cottage, Or, The Black Art Of Gnawing On Bones has a Lilo & Stitch photo album where she stores family pictures.
- Emmet from The Roosevelt wears a T-shirt of Stitch with the words "Ohana means family, and family means no one gets left behind" whenever he asks his mom an important question.
- In the book Pet Trouble: Oh No, Newf! Avery's dog that had to be given away was named Stitch because Lilo and Stitch was his favorite movie.
- Supernanny: In "The Young Family", Shelby watches the movie while eating dinner in front of the TV.
- In Firebringer, Smelly-Balls has a somewhat arbitrary epiphany that "'Chorn' means family".
- Infinite Craft: Lilo's name can be crafted by combining "Hawaii" with "Mummy", and combining Lilo with a variety of other items may yield Stitch.
- Poker Night at the Inventory: Strong Bad calls Max "Stitch".
- Sunstriker Animated Universe: Stitch appears as a character in the universe.
- Family Guy: In "Movin' Out (Brian's Song)", Peter and Jillian attend a Disney on Ice show, and Jillian mentions Stitch skating with Sebastian.
- Robot Chicken: A sketch from "Babe Hollytree in: I Wish One Person Had Died" has Stitch performing in his Elvis getup before dying while taking a shit, referencing the Urban Legend of Elvis Presley dying on the toilet.
