Asian Animation
- In the English dub of the first episode of Boonie Bears, when Logger Vick sees Bramble for the first time, he shelters in his car and tells the bear that he's got a Justin Bieber CD and he isn't afraid to use it to defend himself.
Anime and Manga
- Aggretsuko: In the OTMGirls YouTube short "Get a Buzz Going", as Manaka and Miggy talk about "buzzing it", Hidarin tells them that they have to "beeb it", which according to her, means getting Justin Bieber retweet one of their band's videos, which would skyrocket their popularity. When Manaka tries to look up "beeb" on Google, she gets completely unrelated results to what Hidarin said, leading the latter to state that, to her awkwardness, probably no one outside her family knows the term the way she does.
- In Tokyo Shinobi Squad, main character Jin Narumi's introduction mentions that he was rumored to be involved in the "Justin Bieber" incident. This is never explained further.
Literature
- Zoe from Social Queue used to have a version of Justin Bieber in her The Sims game.
- Kaitlyn from Counting to D has Justin Bieber posters in her room.
- Nikki from Twelve Days has posters of Justin Bieber in her room.
- Are You Seeing Me?: After Perry reads part of Robinson Crusoe while on holiday in Canada, he imagines cannibals trying to eat Justin Bieber. He comments, "He makes bad music, but that doesn't mean he should be eaten."
Video Games
- Ramen Delight: One of the costumers introduced in Chapter 4 is Jieber Jabber, a blatant Expy of Bieber. Introduced alongside him is Lady Haha, who's an expy of Lady Gaga.
Web Animation
- Justin Bieber was a subject of mockery in SMG4's pre-2017 videos. Several anti-Bieber comments have been littered throughout the series and there's even a 3D model of Justin Bieber used just for these jokes.
Web Comics
- One Shortpacked! comic featured a news article about how Robin punched Justin Bieber...then pointed out that after all the strange events in her life, such as being abducted by aliens, defending Earth from Martians while shirtless, working in a toy store, running for Congress, briefly ushering in world peace, and giving birth to triplets after roughly a month's pregnancy thanks to her Super-Speed...punching Bieber may have been the most normal thing Robin's ever done in her life.

- In DaThings' "Postman Tap Delivers Fake Letters", Tap brings some letters addressed to Bieber to Thompson Ground.
- In the first episode of Patman Post, Patman's van has a large photo of Bieber's face on the back doors, as Patman is a fan of him.
Western Animation
- In the Brazillian cartoon Gui And Estopa there is a character called Justin Bibelô, who is obviously a parody of Justin Bieber. He makes his first appearance in "Justin Bibelô" where Cróquete, a female dog and one of the main characters of the show, desperately tries to get his attention, but fails miserably.
- Bieber was certainly no stranger to MAD. "Cliffordfield" was just one of the many segments he appeared in.
- In the Sonic Boom episode, "Battle of the Boy Bands", Justin Bieber is parodied as Justin Beaver, and his manager brainwashes all of the girls in the village, resulting in Sonic and friends forming a Boy Band to fight back.
