  • In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5Ds, the Big Bads of the first half of the show are the Earthbound Immortals, who were historically sealed away into the earth and became the Nazca Lines.
    • "Ccapac Apu" (giant/astronaut glyph) is named after Manco Capac and the apu (spirits of mountains).
    • "Uru" (spider glyph) is named for the people who lived at Lake Titicaca, as well as the Quechuan word for "spider".
    • "Aslla Piscu" (hummingbird glyph) is named for the word Quechuan word "pisco/pisqu", meaning "bird". Additionally, in Latin, "piscu" means "fisherman", but as "pisu", it means "hummingbird".
    • "Ccarayhua" (lizard glyph) is named for the Quechuan word "qaraywa", meaning "lizard".
    • "Wiraqocha Rasca" is named for Viraqocha.
    • Additionally, Rex Goodwin's deck is the Inca series, which is based on various gods, creatures, and artifacts from Incan mythology.
      • "Moon Dragon Quilla" is based on Mama Quilla, while "Sun Dragon Inti" is based on Inti. The two cards are meant to be used together as nod to them being the ruling couple in the Incan pantheon.
      • "Oracle of the Sun" is a reference to the Inti Raymi'rata, a ceremony held in honor of Inti.
      • "Apocatequil" is based on Apocatequil/Apacatequil.
  • "Supay, Duskwalker" is based on Supay.

Film - Animated

  • In The Emperor's New Groove is set during the time of the Incan Empire, though is never referred to as "Incan". Kuzco is named after the capital city Cusco, and Pacha is named after Mama Pacha, Pacha Kamaq, and/or the Incan concept of pacha. Kuzco spends most of the film as a llama, referencing how llamas were revered by the Incans.
    • Kuzco was originally supposed to be named Manco Capac, obviously as a fictionalized depiction of the Manco Inca, and the original title of the film was Kingdom of the Sun.
