- Suzi Q's personal butler, seen in Stardust Crusaders, is named Roses^note, a possible allusion to Guns N' Roses.
- Axl RO from Steel Ball Run gets his name from Axl Rose, whereas his Stand, Civil War, gets its name from the song off of Use Your Illusion II.

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle has the credits reveal Bruce Willis played a character named William Rose Bailey, Axl's birth name.
Audrey from National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation has a Guns N' Roses poster in her room.
Thor: Love and Thunder has four Guns N' Roses songs playing (two in battle scenes), and Heimdall's son, who has the band's poster in his room, decides he'll now go by Axl instead of Astrid.
The Wrestler: Randy and Cassidy are having a drink at a bar when Ratt's "Round and Round" comes on, at which point they start enthusing about them and other 80's hair metal bands, including Def Leppard, Guns 'N' Roses, and Mötley Crüe. Also, near the end of the movie, when Randy is fighting his final match, "Sweet Child O' Mine" is his entrance music.

Cordelia from The Mermaid Chronicles wears a Guns N' Roses T-shirt on the first day of her senior year of high school.
