  • The Americans: The pilot episode opened with a memorable sequence scored to a remixed version of "Tusk". A later episode featured a set piece scored to "The Chain".
  • Doctor Who: The track "Oh Well" plays during the factory sequence in "Spearhead from Space". Due to rights issues, the song was excised from home media releases for a long while.
  • Glee had an episode devoted to the Rumours album.
  • Mystery Science Theater 3000: During the end credits of Werewolf (1996), Mike and the robots sing along to the end credits' music with various songs' lyrics, shouting "Tusk!" as they go from one song's lyrics to another.
  • Saturday Night Live: The October 17, 1998 episode has the "Stevie Nicks' Fajita Roundup" sketch, in which Stevie (host Lucy Lawless) does a TV ad for her new eponymous Tex-Mex restaurant. Lucy does a dead-on impression of Stevie, singing all her famous songs but with Mexican food items placed in them!
    Stevie: (sings to the tune of "Rhiannon") "Chicken fajitas taste real fine / Wouldn't you love to eat them? / My chips and salsa are mighty fine / No one round here can beat 'em."

  • The Echosmith song "Lessons" features the line "Tell me your sweet little lies", a reference to the chorus of "Little Lies."
