- Monica Teen: The last Bad Future arc before the first Continuity Reboot of the series features Monica and her friends exploring an Amusement Park of Doom named "Terra Encantada do Ursinho Bilu" (rough translation: "Little Bear Bilu's Enchanted Land") with very obvious
Expies of Freddy Fazbear and Springtrap. Even how the park met its downfall mirrors that of Fazbear's Fright from the third game. Except this time, the carnival was open. - Steven Universe: In Issue #5, plush versions of Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica can be seen while Pearl is tidying up.
- Arc Phantoms: Sora's palace is essentially Freddie's Pizzeria with his Shadow based on Freddy. After Shadow Sora devours Yuto, he asks Yuya and Yuzu to play a game called "Count the Ways".
- The Binding of Isaac: The Afterbirth+ expansion for the remake added a new achievement to the game called "5 Nights at Mom's". You obtain it by beating the game five times in a row (changed to three times in a row in the Repentance expansion) with a different character each, which also unlocks special secret marked rocks that spawn rarely throughout your runs. If you spot them, you can blow them up with two bombs for additional goodies, which is likely a reference to the lore hunting that the franchise is known for.
- Deltarune: In the epilogue of the first chapter, you are free to take a walk throughout the town and visit the many different locations in it. Among them is a Suck E. Cheese's called ICE-E's P"E"ZZA and one of the employees, Pizzapants, will go on a lengthy tirade about his coworkers if prompted to. He names the last coworker as "Purple Guy" and wonders aloud if that guy even works there.
- Henry Stickmin Series: In Fleeing the Complex, there is an option to go into a building. Once you walk inside, the building will go dark and Freddy will start playing his jingle from the first game, with Henry attempting to escape.note The version of Complex included in the Collection uses a remix of the song.
- Mortal Kombat: Tremornote has a brutality where he turns his opponent to gold. The brutality's name? It's Me Tremor.
- Pizza Tower: "Don't Make a Sound" is an entire level themed after this series. It's a poorly lit, stealth-based level taking place in an abandoned pizzeria. The only enemies, these being ones triggered by the alarms, are animatronic monsters who jump scare Peppino and turn him into an animatronic if they catch him.
- Resident Evil 7: Biohazard: The "Banned Footage Vol. 1" DLC includes the Nightmare game mode, which has the player survive increasingly difficult enemy attacks from 12 to 5 AM. The starting room even looks like an office and has a metal desk fan just like the first three games.
- Undertale Yellow: The room in Steamworks that Axis detains the player in has a table featuring a computer, a telephone, and a table fan. Interacting with the computer will note about how nice it would be if there were security cameras present in the area to monitor monsters, but that none exist. The player even escapes the room through a vent, not unlike some of the animatronics from FNAF 2. A secret event for a FUN value of 16-19 will cause a jumpscare to show up on the computer monitor as well; the face being none other than that of the aforementioned "Purple Guy" from Deltarune.
- In the Murder Drones episode "Mass Destruction", "Tessa" (actually her corpse being worn by Cyn as a disguise) kills Doll by pouncing at her in the same way Foxy jumpscares the player in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. Following the episode's release, creator Liam Vickers confirmed on Twitter that the script outright described this as "straight up FNAF[ing] the camera."
- Cobweb and Stripes: When the heroes attend the Neitherworld carnival in chapter 14, Golden Freddy is shown as a prize in one of the carnival games.
- Manly Guys Doing Manly Things: Jared apparently took the night watchman job at one point. He quickly takes baseball bats to the animatronics' faces to stop them murdering people."Anyway they said that was destruction of company property and fired me."

- For Deviantart's 22nd birthday, the website celebrated with a "Four Nights at Fella's" event, a spoof of the franchise using Deviantart's own mascots as the killer animatronics.
- Dark Secrets of Garry's Mod: Egy éjszaka Freddyékkel (One night with Freddy's) is the episode where FNAF characters first appear in the series. Where Medievil steals the animatronics from the pizzeria to his home. Later on the animatronics and many other FNAF characters appear as recurring characters.
- Freddy Fazbear stars in the first episode of Freshy Kanal's Rap Battle! series against Creepypasta character Mr. Bear.
- The Ghost and Molly McGee: Several episodes of the series showcase Molly's collection of plushies, one of which having a near exact appearance to Freddy.
