  • In the English dub of Doki Doki! PreCure (under the dub name Glitter Force Doki Doki), Sharuru (Kippie), one of the mascots, says the phrase in front of Mana Aida (Maya Aida).
    Kippie (Sharuru): The first rule of the Glitter Force is you do not talk about the Glitter Force.
  • JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean: During the "The Secret of Guard Westwood" arc, Viviano Westwood incapacitates his coworker, Sonny Likir, in a violent brawl, opens all the cell doors, and declares that the Maximum Security Ward is now Fight Club. The first chapter of the arc in the Weekly Shonen Jump release was even called "Fight Club".

  • Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: the villain from Episode 26 is named Tylerian Durden, and owns an illegal fight club.
  • Israeli satire show The Jews Are Coming featured a series of sketches in which Moses is frustrated by the Israelites obtuse behaviour, exacerbated by his idiot brother Aaron. In the second season finale, they had a sketch with the two of them in the Tabernacle getting high and Aaron demonstrating his hand flute skills, when Moses, who insists God is real as he talks to him all the time, same way he does with Aaron, finds out that he imagined Aaron all along, getting flashbacks of what really happened in all those sketches), mirroring the equivalent scene in the film. Moses, Comically Missing the Point, takes away from the whole ordeal that he could play the hand flute all along, and lightheartedly asks God why he never told him Aaron wasn't real.
  • The Whitest Kids U' Know had a sketch in which a guy has his manager, who saw the black eye he got from playing softball, force him to take him to the Fight Club he's sure he's in.
    Manager: Hey, can I ask you something crazy? Do you think... we're the same person?
    (awkward silence)
    Employee: God, I hope not.

  • Midnight Fight Express: Level 20 is named "Fight Club", and before you can pass, you have to fight through Kyler Turden.
  • In World of Warcraft, the Brawler's Guild, an hidden fighting club beneath each faction's capital where players can fight one-on-one battles with enemies, has numerous shout-outs to Fight Club. Most of the achievements referencing the movie, from "The First Rule of Brawler's Guild" to "I am Thrall's Complete Lack of Surprise." When players lose their fights, the spectators will often say, "His/Her name was Hello, [Insert Name Here]".
