- The events of the Book of Job are shown in Good Omens, with Aziraphale and Crowley going through the motions of the bet. Thanks to the duo finding the punishments a bit too much, namely killing Job's children, they attempt to trick Heaven into letting Job keep his fortune rather than just letting it be replaced.

- Matt Redman's Grief Song "Blessed Be Your Name" takes a portion of Scripture from this book for the bridge.
Video Games
- A version of Job's wife was planned for the The Binding of Isaac mod Antibirth under the name "Edith," but she was cut for being unwieldy to play with, her main gimmick being that she was immobile and could not move, but instead could teleport to her location. She would receive a successor with a similar gimmick in movement in the Tainted Forgotten, an immobile pile of bones and a skull that has to be picked up and thrown by the Soul for movement.
