An episode of Family Guy features a complete reenactment of the cheer routine scene, with Peter and Lois standing in for Lester and Carolyn, and obviously Played for Laughs: Peter isn't horny during the scene, but hungry so when the blonde cheerleader opens her jacket during the Imagine Spot, chicken legs come out of it instead of rose petals and Peter starts chewing on one, only for it to turn out to be Lois's hair.
Another episode had Peter filming Stewie riding his big wheel around the driveway, only to get distracted by a plastic bag blowing in the wind, complete with wall and random leaves, despite both being absent prior to the POV.
Oscars Guy reenacts the plot of three movies, including American Beauty. Peter once again plays the part of Lester and Lois playing Carolyn. Joe plays the part of Col. Fitts and mistakes Peter for gay, shooting him before he can get to the cheerleader.
