Thanks to the efforts of Playmaker and his allies, Den City is now at peace again. Meanwhile, Ai and Roboppy sneak onto a ship owned by SOL Technologies. Ai attempts to initiate contact with SOL's top executive, Queen. Just what is Ai's motive?!

- Battle in the Center of the Mind: Ai brings Queen's mind into his own personal digital space for their duel.
- The Bus Came Back: After disappearing without explanation following GO Onizuka's second defeat at Playmaker's hands, Queen resurfaces in this episode, only to be defeated and put in a coma.
- Contagious A.I.: Roboppi has become self-aware thanks to Ai using him to store his backup.
- Curb-Stomp Battle: Ai defeats Queen in the span of a single turn without allowing his opponent much of a chance to counterattack.
- Evolving Credits: ED5 is updated to show Ai and Roboppi transitioning to their human forms.
- Job-Stealing Robot: SOL's autonomous androids have produced a wave of complaints to this effect. Even the captain of Queen's ship comments on it.
- Musicalis Interruptus: The music abruptly stops when Roboppi calls out Ai for an overly long summoning chant, but continues after he shortens the summon chant.
- One-Hit Kill: Ai depletes all of Queen's LP within the span of a single turn.
- The Reveal: The tadpole that’s been riding along with Frog and Pigeon? He’s their boss.
- Revenge: While Ai declares that he needs Queen's admin code to use SOL Technologies for something, he adds that he'd like to avenge Earth while he's at it.
- Screw the Rules, I Make Them!: Queen is able to use a Skill during a Master Duel, and said skill lets her set cards that aren't even in her deck. When Roboppi calls out on her for cheating, Queen quickly silences him.
- Title Drop: In the English dub, this episode is titled “Your Reign is Over”. Ai says this exact line when he destroys Queen’s monsters with Light Dragon @Ignister.
- The Worf Effect: Ai effortlessly wipes the floor with Queen, demonstrating the next imminent threat he poses towards humanity.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: Despite Frog and Pigeon's recording of Playmaker's duel with Bohman topping charts, their boss declares that they won't be getting any bonus for it! (Mostly because they were angling for his job)
