Charles Xavier's son David has been seemingly abducted. Charles, Storm, Cyclops, & Jean Grey track him down in Scotland, and it turns out that he suffers from multiply identity disorder, and that his hidden malicious personality, (born out of his hatred and agony for his father and his evil will), called Lucas, is overwhelming him. Meanwhile, Kitty and Kurt have some not so good adventures while they're ill with a cold, as Kurt teleports involuntarily as he sneezes in his sleep.
Tropes included:
- Butt-Monkey: Kitty in this episode. Due Kurt’s Power Incontinence, she ends being dragged along with him wherever he teleports, leading her being humiliated in at school, downtown, in the park and at a funeral. By the time they return to the mansion, Kitty looks like roadkill.
- Sick Episode: Kurt and Kitty are both sick with the flu. Kurt has Power Incontinence as whenever he sneezes he teleports and Kitty, unwillingly, gets dragged along for the ride.
- Two Lines, No Waiting: The main plot has Charles meeting his lost son, while the subplot is Kitty and Kurt being sick in the mansion.
