In order to gain the courage to open the Sirenix Book, the Winx must face the Challenge of Graynor.
Examples:
- Cool Horse: The Creature of the Rainbow Mantle.
- Emotionless Girl: Tecna mentions the citizens on her home planet, Zenith, don’t show their emotions.
- Myth Arc: This episode marks the beginning of the "Sirenix Quest" arc, which involves the Winx on a quest to earn their Sirenix.
- Race Against the Clock: The Winx have to finish the Sirenix Quest in one lunar cycle (about a whole month), or they'll lose their powers forever.
- Wham Episode: The Winx successfully open the Sirenix Book, beginning the Sirenix Quest. They are also given a new power, Harmonix, so they can use their magic underwater.
