Ice Bear and Chloe go hunting for the perfect Christmas tree. Meanwhile, Grizzly and Panda stay behind to decorate the Park's house.
Tropes:
- Androcles' Lion: Ice Bear saves a wild turkey from drowning. Later, that turkey repays him and Chloe by gathering its flock to retrieve the tree from the bottom of a cliff.
- Brick Joke: The inflatable snowman that Grizz filled with helium earlier floats by at the end of the episode.
- Call-Back: The fireman who rescues Grizzly from the chimney tells him to "grab my hand", implying it's the same guy from "Everyday Bears" who tried to rescue Grizz from a tree.
- Chicken Joke: Ice Bear tells a variant with the Orphaned Set Up "Why did the turkey cross the ice?" when he and Chloe see a wild turkey crossing a frozen pond.
- Christmas Episode: Chloe and Ice Bear go hunting for a Christmas tree, while Panda and Grizz try to decorate the Park's home.
- Christmas Light Chaos: When Grizz and Panda are about to start decorating the Parks’ house, they pull out the Christmas lights that are tangled up in a giant ball. Apparently it took them two hours to untangle them.
- A Crack in the Ice: A wild turkey is walking on a frozen lake when it falls through. Ice Bear dives in and saves it.
- Doom It Yourself: Panda and Grizzly (mainly Grizzly) make a mess of putting up the Christmas decorations.
- Failure Montage: Of all the Parks’ terrible Christmas trees from years before.
- Furry Reminder: When the turkey falls in the ice, Ice Bear really shows off his natural polar bear traits by diving in to save him and breaching the surface with the turkey in his mouth. He resists his more carnivorous tendencies though and does actually save the turkey rather than eating him.
- Literal Cliffhanger: When her perfect tree goes sliding down the mountain with her on it, Chloe ends up dangling precariously off the side of a cliff after Ice Bear just barely grabs the tree trunk.
- Reveal Shot: The Bears are commenting on how many Christmas decorations the Park family has and Chloe tells them that Christmas is big in their neighborhood. The camera then pans out to reveal that all the surrounding houses are covered in Over The Top Christmas Decorations.
- Stuck in a Chimney: Grizz gets stuck in the chimney trying to imitate Santa Claus. One of the firemen who helps get him out says this kind of thing happens a lot this time of year. "It's usually just raccoons, though!"
- Suicidal "Gotcha!": Chloe and Ice Bear watch helplessly as the turkeys appear to roll off the side of the cliff to their doom, but then they fly back up carrying their tree.
- Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: When Panda asks how they’ll get the lights up on the roof, Grizzly swings them over his head and throws them. Realistically, they land in a pile in one spot instead of being strung out nicely along the roof line as he had hoped.
- Take My Hand!: Ice Bear tells Chloe to take his paw and grabs her right before the tree she was holding onto goes plummeting to the bottom of the cliff.
- Ungrateful Bastard: Chloe accuses the turkey of being this when it seemingly doesn't thank her or Ice Bear for saving its life. She later learns this is not the case when it and its flock retrieve her tree from the bottom of a cliff to repay the favor.
