With the cave being fumigated thanks to Grizzly attracting cockroaches by leaving his leftovers out, the Bears need a cheap place to crash. And find it in a dog hotel.

- Ass in a Lion Skin: The Bears pose as dogs so they can spend the night in a dog hotel while their home is being fumigated.
- Astonishingly Appropriate Appearance: Joshy's hairstyle makes him look like he's got dog ears.
- Becoming the Mask: Grizzly gets a little too into the dog act after enjoying the hotel a little too much.
- Cue the Rain: When the Bears learn the only hotel in their price range is for dogs, Grizzly says they can just camp out for the night. It immediately starts raining hard, and Panda reluctantly agrees to the dog hotel.
- Failed a Spot Check: Somehow the hotel's staff didn't realize that these abnormally large "dogs" were actually bears.
- Fake Rabies: Grizzly finds a pie at the staff lounge of the Dog Hotel and promptly eats it; Joshy mistakes the whip cream from his mouth for rabies and immediately calls animal control services to take him away.
- Keet: Joshy is cheerful, excitable, and just as enthusiastic about a fire-truck going by as the dogs are.
