Tropes:
- Artistic License – Physics: A small electric fan isn't powerful enough to push someone on a swivel chair. It's even lampshaded when everyone sees it move Martinez.Ice Bear: Ice Bear questions the physics involved.
- Boomerang Comeback: Grizzly throws a boomerang at some bugs, but it doesn't come back. At least not until the end of the episode.
- Brick Joke: The boomerang that Grizz threw earlier returns at the end of the episode to hit Panda in the face.
- The Dog Was the Mastermind: Quite literally. Tabes' dog Kirk was the sandwich thief all along. While she waited for him to do his business, Kirk snuck into the cabin and opened the fridge, as revealed by Panda's selfies.
- Easily Forgiven: After all the Serious Business of finding the sandwich thief, Tabes forgives the culprit - her puppy Kirk - because she's too impressed with him and he's just too darn cute.
- Lost Food Grievance: Tabes' sandwich is stolen while she's walking her dog Kirk, and she spends the rest of the episode trying to find out who took it.
- Mundane Made Awesome: Tabes dramatically making a cheese, tomato, and avocado sandwich.
- Noodle Incident:Ice Bear: Ice Bear has commited no crimes...today.
- Red Herring: After hearing the bears' stories, Tabes first fingers Ranger Martinez as the thief, since he kept moving around while seemingly asleep. He claims that he was on a gluten free diet and has Tabes open his desk drawer to reveal his diet snacks. Tabes accepts this alibi ("No one would eat kale chips willingly."), but it doesn't explain why he kept changing position... until it turns out the oscillating fan made him roll around while sleeping on his office chair.
- Satiating Sandwich: Tabes makes what she calls "the most beautiful sandwich ever".
- Serious Business: For Tabes it's both making the sandwich as well as investigating who stole it, as mentioned above.
