One day mysterious beautiful sisters arrived from the far corners of the universe! The mysterious monster cells in their possession have created a Combined Monster known as Tri King! Furthermore, Kaburagi strengthens this formation further by causing it to evolve into a Super Combined Monster known as Five King! There is no choice but to make use of a new kind of power in order to face this indomitable threat! That's right, harnessing the powers of a mysterious transforming light!

- Brainwashed and Crazy: Fa and Si were brainwashed by Celebro as his soulless minions.
- Butt-Monkey: Yuka gets hit with this big time, first being forced to buy some groceries for the team after she loses a karate match (which to her credit, she doesn't want any involvement from it) and gets kidnapped after being mistaken for Ultraman Z. At the end of the episode, she was dragged by Haruki and Yoko into a karate practice again against her will.
- Clipped-Wing Angel: Without the Reicubas and Gan-Q DNA samples, Celebro can only transform into an incomplete variant of Five King, known as Tri-King. Bonus points that Melba's wings were really unusable at that point before Five King appear.
- Creator Cameo: The late Kota Fukihara guest appeared as one of the researchers of Monster Research Center.
- Good Counterpart: Gamma Future is one to Five King as the components of said monsters originate from the first three Heisei Ultra seasons. Doubles as Mythology Gag considering that both Tiga, Dyna, and Gaia had fought Five King in Ultraman Ginga S The Movie Showdown The 10 Ultra Warriors.
- Noodle Incident: How did Juggler managed to figure Celebro's name in an instant? Did he ever encounter the alien before, or he heard rumors of it from outer space?
- Out-of-Character Alert: Averted. Despite Kaburagi's sudden "change" of behavior, no one in the MRC was wise enough to suspect anything except Hebikura.
- The Reveal:
- Juggler was already aware of Celebro and having used Kaburagi as a corporeal vessel to carry out his M.O. on Earth.
- It turns out that Juggler was the one who got hold of Tiga, Dyna, and Gaia's medals back in the first episode.
- Sibling Team: The Alien Pitts Fa and Si are sisters hired (and later brainwashed) by Kaburagi/Celebro to get him DNA samples of five Kaiju.
- Victor Gains Loser's Powers: The Five King medal set are snagged by Juggler when Celebro escaped.
- What the Hell, Hero?: For the second time around, Z chews out on Haruki for losing the Z Riser to the wrong hands.
