6. Nanosec: Criminal Nino Sexton uses a suit that grants him super speed to commit a heist that endangers all of Detroit.
7. Along Came a Spider: On the Autobots’ first Halloween, Optimus is confronted with a face from his past.
8. Sound and Fury: Bulkhead tries to find a good birthday present for Sari, only to be upstaged by her mysterious Sound Wave toy.
9. Lost and Found: When the Decepticons Lugnut and Blitzwing arrive on Earth, the Autobots decide to pack up and leave to keep the AllSpark safe.
10. Survival of the Fittest: Prowl and Fanzone team up to find Sari after she is kidnapped by the Dinobots.
11. Headmaster: A disgruntled fired Sumdac Systems employee takes control of Bulkhead’s body to take revenge on Sumdac.
12. Nature Calls: Prowl, Bumblebee, and Sari’s camping trip is ruined when they find themselves hunted by a monster in the woods.
13. Megatron Rising, Part I: Optimus questions his leadership abilities in the face of an imminent Decepticon attack.
14. Megatron Rising, Part II: The Autobots do battle with the repaired Megatron and his army.

Season 2

1. The Elite Guard: The Autobot Elite Guard arrives on Earth to dress down Optimus’s team about recent events.
2. The Return of the Headmaster: Sentinel Prime is forced to ask Optimus for help when his body is taken by Henry Masterson.
3. Mission Accomplished: Ultra Magnus prepares to forcibly remove Optimus’s team from Earth at the same time Starscream hatches a scheme to get the Autobots and Megatron alike.
4. Garbage In, Garbage Out: Ratchet contends with an incredibly naive Transformer named Wreck-Gar who has just been brought to life by an AllSpark fragment.
5. Velocity: Bumblebee and Sari join an underground race on the trail of another fragment.
6. Rise of the Constructicons: Bulkhead befriends two crass construction vehicles brought to life by fragments.
7. A Fistful of Energon: Prowl teams up with Lockdown to pursue the recently escaped Starscream.
8. SUV: Society of Ultimate Villainy: Detroit’s B-level villains form an alliance with a mysterious benefactor in a bid to take control of Detroit.
9. Autoboot Camp: Bumblebee thinks back to when he investigated a mole in the Autobot ranks back in boot camp on Cybertron.
10. Black Friday: Optimus and Grimlock are forced to team up against Blackarachnia and Meltdown.
11. Sari, No One's Home: While the Autobots battle Blitzwing, Sari is left home alone to fend off the Constructicons.
12. A Bridge Too Close, Part I: Megatron kidnaps Bulkhead to help complete construction on his space bridge.
13. A Bridge Too Close, Part II: All-out war breaks out over Megatron’s space bridge.

Season 3

1. TransWarped: In the aftermath of the battle at the mine, Sari and her father’s relationship takes a strange turn; meanwhile, the Autobots try to contact Cybertron, where an increasingly desperate Shockwave tries to cover his tracks while Megatron and Starscream discover a unique opportunity.
2. Three's a Crowd: Bulkhead finds out the Constructicons have a new leader with big plans of his own.
3. Where Is Thy Sting?: Bumblebee finds himself at the mercy of a crazed Wasp who has made his way to Earth for revenge.
4. Five Servos of Doom: Prowl contends with his past during an investigation into Sentinel’s recent success capturing Decepticons.
5. Predacons Rising: Wasp’s fate takes an even stranger turn as Optimus and Sentinel’s ages old feud reaches a boiling point.
6. Human Error, Part I: The Autobots are not quite themselves on Christmas morning after receiving a Sound Wave toy.
7. Human Error, Part II: Sari brings together a team of “Substitute Autobots” to free the crew from Soundwave’s control.
8. Decepticon Air: The Decepticons aboard the Elite Guard flagship escape and seek revenge on their captors.
9. This Is Why I Hate Machines: Ratchet and Fanzone find themselves warped to Cybertron just as the Decepticon-controlled Omega Supreme arrives in the skies.
10. Endgame, Part I: Optimus reflects on his past, present, and future as Megatron prepares for an invasion of Detroit.
11. Endgame, Part II: The Autobots fight Megatron’s new army in the final battle for Detroit, Earth, and their very lives.

Season 4

1. The Trial of Megatron: In the unproduced Season 4 premiere, Megatron begins manipulating the events of his upcoming trial to his advantage while Sentinel fights to stay in power as Optimus’s team contends with their newfound fame.

1. Career Day: Optimus finds speaking at an elementary school’s career day is harder than he thought.
2. Starscream Heckles Megatron (aka "Mocking Megatron"): Starscream comes to regret heckling Megatron during a speech.
