Short One: "Migrant Mallard"

Plucky attempts to migrate with a flock of non-anthropomorphic ducks and attempts to modernize them in the process.

Short Two: "It's a Jungle Out There"

Concord Condor escapes from the zoo in search of "wide open spaces". After being pursued by Arnold the Pit Bull and other creatures, he returns to the zoo.

Short Three: "Kitty Cat-Astrophe"

Furrball fantasizes that he is living in prehistoric times and ends up destroying Hamton's kitchen.

It's a Jungle Out There:

  • Bears Are Bad News: A wild bear in the forest eats Concord and attacks Arnold.
  • Butt-Monkey: Arnold. His attempts to find Concord and bring him back to the zoo result in Amusing Injuries.
  • A Day in the Limelight: For Concord Condor.
  • Disney Villain Death: When Arnold chases Concord through a hollow log, the other end is just over the edge of a cliff. Arnold falls down the cliff, but survives the fall to appear at the end of the short.
  • New Job as the Plot Demands: Arnold works as a zookeeper in this short.
  • "Shaggy Dog" Story: Arnold's attempts to bring Concord back to the zoo were all for nothing, as Concord willingly went back to the zoo on his own when he was hungry.
  • Squashed Flat: Happens twice to Concord when he gets run over by a taxi.
  • Swallowed Whole: A wild bear does this to Concord, and regrets it when Concord sets up camp in his stomach.
  • Watch Out for That Tree!: Concord flies into a tree after the wild bear spits him out.

  • The Dog Bites Back: To get back at Furrball for destroying his house, Hamton imagines that he is a cat and Furrball is a mouse, and chases him.
  • Feathered Fiend: Sweetie's prehistoric ancestor was a giant canary who attacked cats.
  • Mr. Imagination: Furrball likes to live out his dreams of his wild cat heritage, and visualizes Hamton's kitchen appliances as vicious predators.
  • Never Smile at a Crocodile: Furrball visualizes Hamton's stove as a vicious crocodile.
  • Snakes Are Sinister: Furrball visualizes Hamton's mixer as a venomous, hypnotic cobra.
  • Trash the Set: Near the end of this short, Hamton's house gets destroyed when Hamton and Furrball slide into Hamton's stove.
  • Turns Red: Hamton does this angrily as Furrball trashes his house.
