Recap / Time Stop Brave Ch 35 Elf and Stop

Go To

After Sekai unfreezes time, the elf steps out of the river and walks toward her clothes. He freezes time again, ogles her from every angle, and gropes her breasts, commenting this is the first elf he had seen since Fury. He and Gankichi hide and he unfreezes time. When she finishes dressing, he comes out and greets her, but she immediately fires an arrow at him. Shocked, he freezes time right before the arrow reaches his face and asks what her problem is.

The next thing she knows, she is tied up with a ball gag in her mouth and is naked with her clothes in a neat pile. Sekai says it is only fair because she tried to kill him. She gets really mad and starts struggling. Sekai is fascinated by seeing her breasts bounce and wonders if all elves are belligerent. He freezes time, then when he unfreezes it, she is confused that her bonds are gone and her clothes and bow are back. Sekai is hidden and follows her, thinking her destination is the place to get the next Stage Clear. She is really fast, so he has to keep freezing time to catch up to her.

Eventually, she walks by his own footprints and he wonders if she was walking in a circle to lure him into a trap. She enters a village and he freezes time to inspect it. He finds it is abandoned and the buildings were recently burned. He finds a broken golem and wonders if there was a battle. He unfreezes time and confronts the elf, asking if this place used to be an elf village, but she immediately fires an arrow at him again. He freezes time and angrily strips the elf and pinches her nipples, asking why she keeps trying to kill him. He unfreezes time and she is shocked to find herself naked and tied up, but this time not gagged. He says he will do this every time she attacks him, so she had better stop and start talking. She says this place still is an elf village and strangers are not welcome.

He freezes time and unfreezes it and she finds her bonds gone and her clothes back. He says there must be something in this village worth guarding. She asks who he is and he gives his name and status as the Salvation Brave who is battling the Forces of Darkness. She is surprised to meet a Brave, but says she does not trust him. Gankichi gets his attention and points out the sun is going down. He realizes that it must be morning on the island, and once it becomes noon, the entrance to the labyrinth will close for a year. He tells the elf he has to leave, but he will be back. Shocked, the elf asks how he has a golem because only elves own the Keystones needed to summon them. He says he got it from Fury, and the elf is surprised that "Fury the Brown" is still alive. He says he will bring her over in a bit and disappears from her perspective, causing her to ask who that guy was and how he did that.

While time is frozen, Sekai runs through the tunnels until he reaches the island. He finds it is morning and Niña waiting anxiously in front of the Great Seal. He pats her head and apologizes for worrying her. He goes to the palace and finds Sayuki still praying and giving off holy light with several people watching over her. He is sorry that he cannot tell her a proper goodbye, but before he leaves, he strips and gropes Mikage before returning her clothes. He tells Gankichi to find Miria and Mirei.

After grouping Ranga, Fury, Miria, and Mirei with Niña in front of the Great Seal, he finally unfreezes time. Niña says she was looking for him, and he says he has good reason for bringing them there. Mirei points out it is almost noon, and the entrance starts to slowly close. Fury deduces that their next destination is beyond the dungeon, which he confirms and says there will be a surprise for her. He says they should go before the entrance closes and reach the next place that needs the Salvation Brave. Mirei points out they already had a farewell party last night so she is okay with him leaving. Miria says she needs to stay and help rebuild the island. She then asks that once he saves the world, to come back and marry her. This request weirds him out. Ranga says her duty is to the Life Stone, so she will stay and guard Miria. If their paths cross again, she will help him. Sekai, Fury, and Niña bid farewell and they disappear. Miria starts to get depressed, but Mirei has a hunch that they will meet again. Ranga points out that her strength and their healing magic will be of use in the final battle with the King of Darkness. Miria looks forward to meeting him again.

Meanwhile, Sekai thanked Leafa for her help by giving her a healing stone sword. As she prepares to leave the island, she appreciates a weapon that can kill a darkling with one slash.

Sekai, Fury, and Niña are back in their old clothes and arrive in the forest, which Fury recognizes as her homeland. He asks Fury to lead them to the village because he forgot the way. After while, Niña notices that they walked in a circle. Fury explains this is the Forest of Straying that guards the village with a magic concealment. Unless one walks in a certain path, they will never find it. The magic is wearing off though, and the village should be deserted. Sekai says he met one elf. She asks who it was, and he describes her as blonde with fair skin, but she says almost all elves look like that. No matter, she'll know her when she sees her.

They reach the village and Niña is shocked by the desolation. They meet the elf who greets Fury by name while Fury identifies her as Esther. Fury comments that there is still magic in the forest so the village is not completely dead. Esther says it is at death's door and asks if she has a plan to fix it. Fury says Sekai is a pervert, but he has worked miracles before and she believes in him. Esther says she can't believe Fury of all people would believe in a human and leads them up some stairs. She leads them to a huge tree with a face and explains that the sacred tree Shinra is dying, so it must be healed for the village to be revived. Sekai examines it and finds the trunk feels warm, but when Niña puts her hand on it, she doesn't feel anything. Esther yells at them to stop touching Shinra. Sekai suddenly feels energy flowing into his hand and finds his hand is stuck to the tree. Worried, he tries to freeze time, but it doesn't work and he is still stuck. He hears a telepathic voice say it was waiting for him and calls him "Game Player", and he realizes it came from Shinra.
