As the ship lands on the island, Sekai and Niña wonder why the Realm of Darkness isn't covering it and Miria sadly says the island made a deal with the Forces of Darkness. Sekai is really pleased to see several people in swimsuits. Miria says the King wants to meet Sekai, the Salvation Brave, and leads the party to the palace. Sekai asks how this small island knows about him, so Fury reminds him that members of the League of Mages can communicate instantly. Sekai freezes time to strip and ogle all the ladies in the area, liking the fact that they all have tan lines. He notes that this place is hot but not that humid, which makes it even better. He runs ahead to the palace and is amazed to find all the guards are female and wearing bikini armor. He strips and ogles them too, thinking this place is like Heaven.

After Sekai puts the girls' clothes back and unfreezes time, they enter the palace, commenting that unlike the one on Mount Cape, it doesn't have many defenses, which probably because it is on an isolated island. They find an old man in a Hawaiian shirt and swim trunks lying on a couch and being fanned by two girls in bikinis. He introduces himself as King Nazar Rope II. He looks Sekai over and says he thought he would be buffer. He then asks if Sekai enjoyed his walk to the palace because he made a law saying all women are obligated to wear swimsuits in public. While Fury is mortified, Sekai admits he enjoyed it, then asks what the King wants with him. Nazar says he wants nothing; he just wanted to meet the Salvation Brave. The inhabitants of the island and the Forces of Darkness coexist in peace, so Nazar warns them not to commit violence.

Ranga removes her clothes and walks around in her underwear because it looks like a swimsuit. She says now it is easier to stand the heat; she was not used to it because Mount Godfall was always so cold. Sekai has changed into a t-shirt and shorts, then asks why Miria doesn't wear a swimsuit. She says since she is a shaman, she is exempt from the rules. Sekai is disappointed, then asks Fury and Niña if they are done changing. The pair step out in bikinis and Fury is really embarrassed.

The party steps outside and see darkling women similar to Zaraza in swimsuits and mingling with the people. The party thinks it is incredible that what Nazar said about coexistence was true. Two of the guards are dueling each other and Miria says mock combat is a tradition. She says since long ago, there were more women than men on the island. As the duel ends, she says the island is traditionally ruled by the strongest woman. Fury asks how does that explain Nazar. Miria says Nazar took over after his mother, the previous ruler, died. He changed the island's name from Isawera to OffshoreRope and turned it into a resort. However, he is trying to find a worthy woman to be his successor.

Suddenly, they see a bunch of girls playing volleyball. Miria calls it Voh'ley and says Nazar decided his successor will be decided in a Voh'ley tournament instead of the traditional sword fighting tournament. The tournament is soon, so these girls are practicing. Sekai says he likes that they are deciding using a peaceful method like a sport, but Miria says she prefers the traditional method. A ball flies toward Sekai's head. Ranga deflects it with her arm, but holds it in pain and says whoever hit it is really strong. The ball rolls near Niña and someone yells at her to return it. She throws it back, then the party is shocked to see the one who spoke was a darkling woman who is over 3 meters tall, standing next to an equally tall one. The darklings are playing against two other girls. The party watches as the darklings easily win due to their superior height, strength, and speed. Miria explains they are the Gagankel sisters, shoo-ins to win the tournament. The party notes that they have an overwhelming advantage over the other competitors, but Miria says Nazar approved them to enter the tournament. The Gagankel sisters start gloating that soon, one of them will rule this island. Fury says now she knows what is going on. Nazar is trying to legally surrender OffshoreRope to the Forces of Darkness.

As night falls, the party has diner at a restaurant and find the seafood and fruit is even better than at Mount Cape. Sekai remembers Miria saying that if the Forces of Darkness get control of the island, they will likely stop all worship of Isawera. If that happens, all healing magic will disappear. Nazar's actions are within the law, so there is nothing she can do. She begged him to stop Nazar and save the island. Sekai freezes time and walks to the shore. The timer has roughly 67 hours left, which is less than three days, but the Voh'ley tournament starts after three days. He wonders if he'll get a Stage Clear if he assassinates Nazar, but he doesn't think he can kill a fellow human. He thinks maybe they can win the tournament, but Ranga is the only one in their party who remotely stands a chance against the Gagankel sisters. If only they had some help. He unfreezes time.

Meanwhile, Leafa and Mirei sail to OffshoreRope. Mirei gets tired and drops her holy barrier, causing the ship to get swarmed by darklings. Leafa chops them up with incredible speed. Since Iron Slayer isn't a holy weapon, the darklings instantly regenerate, but Leafa says it doesn't matter. As long as she is around, the darklings cannot advance, and all she has to do is stall until Mirei recovers enough to cast her holy barrier again. Mirei is amazed by her speed and skill and says her island may be saved, but she doesn't think Leafa can do it alone. If only they had some help.
