Carey is living with her two sons in a hotel now, which is now governed by Mr. Moseby. Lookimg for new friends at school the twins meet Max and Tapeworm, but would rather be friends with Drew, who is considered the coolest kid. When dozens of kids invade the hotel, many minor accidents happen, so Zack and Cody have to kick out Drew and his friends.

- Properly Paranoid: Referenced. Carey thinks Moseby is overreacting to the trouble Zack and Cody's false friends are causing, claiming every issue to him is like "the sky is falling". Cue the satellite dish that Drew hit with his basketball to plummet to the portico, nearly hitting several guests.Moseby: (sarcastically chipper) And sometimes Chicken Little knows what he's talking about.
- With Friends Like These...: The Drew Crew for Zack and Cody, since they only take advantage of the cool hotel and the free food and do not care for the twins as people. Prior to knowing about their unusual and cool living situation, Drew calls them "clones".
