Victor and Anita are wanted in Helsinki and are repeatedly foiled by the mayor in various ways. They try to find out what's going on, and see if there's more to this mystery.

- And This Is for...: Helsinki! Victor and Anita are initially confused by this, as they have no idea why Helsinki's mayor hates them so much.
- The Bad Guy Wins: Doctor Doctor actually succeeds in her plan for the people of Helsinki to hate U.Z.Z, and it does slow down U.Z.Z's response to fixing it. Ultimately subverted by the end of the episode, when the floating-head cookies are distributed to Helsinki, Cardiff, and Dublin (the places the outbreaks of U.Z.Z hate comes from).
- Chekhov's Gun: The biscuits that causes heads to float work as an antidote by sheer coincidence.
- Foreshadowing: The floating head biscuits directly foreshadows the villains in the following episode; the Floaty-Head aliens.
- Mind-Control Device: Doctor Doctor uses a bomb to hate all of U.Z.Z, more specifically Anita and Victor. This is the reason those two do not remember, so they don't kill themselves for being themselves as they too were in the blast radius.

- The Fluffy Bunny Show: U.Z.Z. Agents evict Sweet Little Granny from her time-slot by blasting her out of the studio. They left a note for her to read on her banjo to tell her to strap in.

- Victor being asked if he's still alive after falling from a great height, to which he confirms he still is. The Professor is baffled by this as he assumed they would've hit the floor, but they fell into the hole their ray-guns made.
- Soft Water: Or oil in this case. Anita and Victor are saved by accidentally severing the west coast's oil supply, and being forced back up to the surface.
- Voices Are Mental: Justified. When remembering how and why Helsinki hates them, Anita's voice is swapped with Victor's and vice versa, as they're remembering each others' parts of the conversation.
- The Unreveal: Fluffy Tummy asks how Anita and Victor survived being eaten by a sea monster, but before Professor Professor explains how, he's interrupted by Anita and Victor's pleas for help.
