Recap / The Secret Show S 1 E 23 Flick The Switch

Go To

Victor has always wondered what the switch next to his chair in the briefing room does. His curiosity plunges the entire U.Z.Z. base 60 miles and then 90 miles underground.

Changed Daily's Name: Snortington Fairy Shoes

Secret Tropes uncovered:

  • Evil vs. Evil: With both the Reptogators and the Imposters living underground (at distances of 60 and 90 miles, respectively), it was inevitable that they would clash at some point. That moment comes when Victor sends the U.Z.Z. base crashing through both of their lairs.
  • Full-Name Ultimatum: Snortington Fairy Shoes uses Victor's full name while scolding him for flicking the switch.
  • My Car Hates Me: Professor Professor has trouble starting the rocket engines of the U.Z.Z. base, giving the Impostors ample time to catch up. Thankfully, he manages to successfully start the engines of the base so they can leave the Impostors' lair.
  • Once an Episode:
    • The Fluffy Bunny Show: Sweet Little Granny is reeled in with a fishing line so Ray and the other U.Z.Z. agents can take over her time-slot.
    • Changed Daily's name of the day is Snortington Fairy Shoes.
  • Shapeshifter Guilt Trip: Red Eye assumes the form of Victor's mother in order to lure him back and trap him and Anita.
  • Shout-Out: Professor Professor happily yells out "There's no place like home!" while the U.Z.Z. base is flying out of the Impostors' lair.
