Z-Squared, during the time when 'Equestria Girls' sparked some controversy in the Brony fandom, states that he found the film to be average and okay. He claims there were a few elements he didn't like, but it was okay in the long run. He then gives us some jokes he would have made if he did review it. Also, a little song and dance...
- Everything Explodes Ending: Spongebob, at the very end of the song, is blown up by Megatron's fusion cannon.
- FacePalm: In response to "Princible Celestia".
- Foreshadowing: He mentions how 'Double Rainboom' and 'PONY.MOV' are worse than this. He would later review those two, but he acted a bit more venomous against the former here.....
- Gone Horribly Wrong: Apparently, the last dragon sent through the mirror turned out to be the Bio-Dragon from 'Dragon Fighter'.
- Mix-and-Match Critters: He compares "Sunset Satan" to what would happen if Destroyah (of Godzilla fame) mixed with the Flame Princess (of Adventure Time). *
Squick: In response to the Sparity scene. - This Reminds Me Of A Song: "Can we play this?" Que the original version of 'Collective Consciousness' from Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. Doubles as a nod to Trixie's sudden musical number.
- Villain Song: 'Robot Hell' from Futurama...as sung by New Spongebob, assorted Decepticons, and the cast.
- We Will Meet Again: In correspondance to Sunset Shimmer's threat to Twilight Sparkle: "WE'll MEET AGAIN, SPIDERMAN!"
