After receiving a D- on her report on Hillary Clinton, Penny suspects her teacher has a grudge against her. She's right about a grudge, but it isn't against her.

- Big Ball of Violence: Suga Mama and Ms. Dinkins get into this when they first run into each other again.
- Blatant Lies: Dave Daniels, old acquaintance of Oscar's claims that he holds nothing against how he and the other kids used to pick on him. And yet, he purposefully tells Oscar and Trudy it will be expensive to enroll BeBe and CeCe into his school, milking his former bully for what it's worth.
- The Bully: Oscar is revealed to be this back in his middle school days.
- Deliberately Monochrome: Suga Mama's flashback is in sepia tone.
- Et Tu, Brute?: Ms. Dinkins' real reason for her hatred against Suga Mama is because Suga Mama tricked her with a two-headed coin to get Percy Proud, and has been angry all this time that her former best friend lied to her just to get a man.
- Groin Attack: When forced to do the wishbone, Oscar's eyes tear up and his lips tremble as an audible ripping sound is heard while he collapses. We later see him being wheeled with his legs spread apart.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: When Dave Daniels tries to milk Oscar for a favor by asking to date his wife in order to make him squirm, what does Mr. Proud do? Does he act jealous? ...No. Instead, he ever so calmly turns down the chance to get his babies into the school. You know Dave's gone too far (even for a former victims getting back at his former bully) if Oscar of all people is taking the high road in response.
- The Resenter: Ms. Dinkins.
- Self-Serving Memory: Suga Mama explains that she won a coin toss against Ms. Dinkins over who would get to date Percy Proud, and Ms. Dinkins has been a Sore Loser over it ever since. Ms. Dinkins later reveals that Suga Mama cheated by using a two-headed coin. She only found out when she returned for her purse and found the coin on the ground.
- Strong Family Resemblance: As Suga Mama's flashback shows, Oscar looks identical to his father. Even Ms. Dinkins notices.
- Take That!: Oscar's explanation for Ms. Dinkins giving Penny's paper a D minus after he learns it was on Hillary Rodham Clinton? "There's your problem! Your teacher must be a Republican!"
- Debatable if it was intentionally a Take That! since in an earlier episode Penny told Sticky her family was Republican.
- Two-Headed Coin: Suga Mama used one against Ms. Dinkins to date Percy Proud.
