Blossom is beset with a toothache on the day the girls have their teeth cleaned at the dentist. She is scared out of her wits over having the dentist drill into her that she skips the visit, lies about seeing the dentist, and gets more and more grotesque as the swelling increases.

- The Dentist Episode: Pretty self-explanatory with Bubbles and Buttercup going in to have their teeth cleaned while Blossom needs a toothache treated. When Blossom's Body Horror gets out of hand with the toothache going untreated, Professor Utonium reveals to the sisters he knows Blossom avoided her appointment due to only receiving a bill for two daughters, then is able to talk down Blossom. Blossom's Body Horror happens again when she learns she needs braces.
- Feel No Pain: Blossom tries to fool her sisters into thinking she's okay by eating a chunk-filled treat at the ice cream parlor. But Buttercup and Bubbles aren't easily fooled.
- Here We Go Again!: Blossom finally agrees to see the dentist, but now her front teeth are coming in crooked. The Professor recommends seeing an orthodontist for braces, leading to Buttercup and Bubbles chasing a deformed Blossom to the hills again.
- Heroic BSoD: Blossom when Buttercup tells her she'll have her tooth drilled.
- Pun: In Blossom's nightmare image, a monstrous dentist appears and tells her "You're late. It's tooth hurty!" (2:30).
- Shout-Out: Blossom becoming deformed (her hands even bear fingers) and running into the hills from her sisters and Townsville shouts out to The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
- The episode title is a shout out to the old audience participation show Truth or Consequences.
