Andy throws a Christmas party and promises to make everyone’s Christmas wishes come true but negative emotions stir in Erin when he brings his girlfriend Jessica. Meanwhile Cathy complains about Jim and Dwight’s constant prank issues so the next one to misbehave, Andy threatens to give their Christmas bonus to the other person. Unfortunately this leads the two of them to try to sabotage each other.

- Butt-Monkey: Cathy, who asked to switch desk clumps due to being annoyed by Jim and Dwight's antics. Several Deleted Scenes show her accidentally being caught in the middle of several pranks.
- Everyone Has Standards: While Jim is perfectly willing to sabotage Dwight and steal his Christmas bonus, he backs off when one of his schemes almost gets Dwight fired.
- Gone Horribly Right: Andy tries to get Jim and Dwight to curb their pranks on each other by threatening to give both Christmas bonuses to the other. This leads them to stop pranking each other... and prank themselves instead and try to frame each other for it. Andy ends up telling Jim he's not going to touch their bonuses after realizing they're just causing more chaos now.
- One of Jim's self-prank attempts is to read his credit card number out loud in hopes Dwight will use it to sabotage him. ...Instead, Dwight uses his card to buy a $200 bouquet for Pam. Addressed from Jim.
- Not Me This Time: Dwight suddenly yowls in pain and reveals a porcupine in his desk drawer. Jim then has to defend his innocence because everyone, even Andy, claims this is the exact kind of prank he would pull.
