On the day after the party, Tanner wakes up in panic in Than's room realizing they had just slept with each other. After Than assures him that what happened between them can stay just between them, Tanner flees the room in panic.
The entire team USA is sick and hungover about the previous day's binge drinking, except by Mackenzie, who avoided drinking as a whole, with Matthew, Tanner, Brittnay, Trisha and Deandra basically incapacitated while Cameron is missing. Mackenzie invades the bathroom where Trisha and Trisha 2 are puking to force Trisha 2 to go to the stage with Matthew so they can participate in the Promotional Modeling competition. The spinning platform where they are supposed to model, however, causes Trisha 2 to puke on the car that they are modeling with, which causes Matthew to also puke, earning mislay 20 points while team France wins a perfect score.
Cameron doesn't show up to the Swimsuit competition until the last minute, revealing she is now in a relationship with the 2 men she met in the previous night and that she made matching tattoo with one of them, but it's on her nipple so it won't show, when Mackenzie reminds her she can't show a tattoo on a swimsuit competition. Unbeknownst to them, Cameron turns out to have a gigantic tattoo on her back, which is so tasteless that earns her only 10 points and a chew-off from Mackenzie.
Justin, who is still OK, goes to the stage, but leaves his hat on, since it's his thing, but it causes him to be disqualified, causing Mackenzie in a fit of anger to destroy his hat, though he shows he has a backup hat. Pissed off, Mackenzie calls everyone to regroup so she can show what they are really facing against.

- Agitated Item Stomping: Mackenzie does this to Justin's hat when said hat gets them disqualified from the men's swimsuit competition. Luckily for him, he always carries a spare one around with him.
- Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: We have Team USA's losses coming from Trisha 2 and Matthew blowing chunks, Cameron's back tattoo, and Justin forgetting to take off his hat.
- Bait-and-Switch: Considering the Running Gag that has been happening throughout the series, you'd think Cameron would give off yet another nip-slip during the swimsuit competition. Nope—she instead causes Team USA's overall score to plummet because of a huge tattoo on her back.
- Call-Back: Jeannie's Xanax fix is still as strong as ever.
- Deconstructed Trope: Of the Wild Teen Party; we are treated to what's often not shown: the aftereffects. And boy, are they not pretty.
- Embarrassing Tattoo: Cameron gets two from the night before; a small one of the Eiffel Tower on her nipple, and a large one of handlebars (leading down to her butt) on her back. The second one gets her knocked out of the swimsuit competition.
- Epic Fail: Justin's hat gets Team USA zero points.
- Freeze-Frame Bonus: In the crowd during the competition, you can see the top of the the heads of major characters from Dr. Havoc's Diary and Lunch Lady Belinda.
- From Bad to Worse: The number of points each round keeps going down with every major mistake the sick teammates make.
- Hope Spot: Justin says that he didn't drink too much the night before, giving Mackenzie this... and they would've won this round had he remembered to take off his hat.
- Humiliation Conga: Team USA thanks to raging hangovers, all on live TV to boot.
- Only Sane Man: Mackenzie and Jeannie are the only ones functioning properly in the morning due to not drinking the night before.
- Rage Breaking Point: By their third loss today, Mackenzie can only speak in very comprehensible Angrish.
- Shout-Out: Matthew's vomiting scene mirrors Brock Mason's vomiting scene from Episode 9 of Dr. Havoc's Diary ("Battle On Top Of A Train"), complete with the former saying "Yup. That got me.", and then ducking his head to throw up. Doubles as a Casting Gag because both characters are played by Dave Hill.
- Skyward Scream: This episode picks up right where we left on Tanner's.
- Standard Snippet: "The Blue Danube Waltz" plays during the hangover scene.
- Squick: Cameron's back tattoo is this for Jeannie In-Universe, prompting her to run to the bathroom to throw up herself.Trisha: (still on the toilet) Uh.. occupado!
- Toilet Humor: Deandra is shitting in a trash can when Mackenzie first enters the room, because the Trishas are using the only toilet (to vomit).
- Vomit Discretion Shot: When the Trishas are throwing up into a toilet, we thankfully don't see any of it. But later...
- Vomit Indiscretion Shot: Trisha 2 throws up all over the car thanks to the rotating platform's spinning aggravating her "tummy bubbles", prompting a hungover Matthew to throw up as well.
- "You!" Exclamation: Mackenzie yells this at Justin when he comes back from his disastrous runway walk.
