• Big Sister Bully: Molly starts off the episode as this. She gets better at the end.
• Jerkass Realization: Molly realizes how much of a bully she's been to Nate after seeing his drawings of her being punished.
• Parental Neglect: Molly and Nate's mother doesn't take him seriously when he tells her about Molly's bullying. This leads to Mrs. Worthington choosing to target her.
• Villain Has a Point: Mrs. Worthington is spot on in her criticisms of Molly's behaviour towards Nate and their mother's refusal to do anything about it.
