"Spider’s Little Daddy"

Original Air Date: June 11, 2004

It's Father's Day, and Jeff pays Billy a visit, wanting to be loved. But Billy still hates spiders, so Jeff asks Mandy to teach him how to be mean so he can force Billy to love him. But it is harder than Mandy thought. She tries talking to Jeff what to do over the microphone, but that also doesn't work. Mandy gives up. But when Mandy goes out of the room leaving Grim to do her chores, Grim talks about Mandy and Jeff is listening to him over the microphone. Grim's talking hits him in the right spot - he goes nuts and decides that "there is no more Mr. Nice Spider".

"Tricycle of Terror"

Original Air Date: June 11, 2004

When Billy crashes his bicycle, he obtains a free tricycle from a mysterious boy in a supernatural porta-potty. While Billy loves his tricycle, which he calls "Trykie", he is also mocked because of it by Irwin, Pud'n and Sperg. Because of this Trykie moves on his own, and attacks the three of them. Later, Mandy realizes the problem with Trykie, and Grim confirms that he is cursed. Finally, Billy realizes that Trykie is evil, and he lets Mandy destroy him once and for all.

"Tricycle of Terror" contains examples of…

  • Asshole Victim: Irwin, Pud’n, and Sperg. All three of them viciously mock Billy for having a tricycle, with Sperg taking it a step further by giving Billy a brutal wedgie and then throwing Trykie off a cliff while Billy can only watch and beg helplessly. All three of them later gloat about how good it felt after doing so (Pud'n even goes so far as saying it was "awesome"). Trykie gets her revenge on all 3 of them, and they have the gall to act like they didn't deserve it.
  • Big "NO!": Sperg lets out three of them when Trykie attacks him.
  • Creepy Child: The odd boy who gives Billy Trykie. He dresses like a nineteenth-century Charles Dickens character, speaks in cryptic references, and makes no secret of how Obviously Evil Trykie is.
  • Horrifying the Horror: Even Mandy looks horrified at the sight of Trykie attacking Sperg.
  • Hypocrite: Mixed with Hypocritical Humor. Irwin, Pud'n, and Sperg all mercilessly bully Billy in this episode for supposedly being a whiny wimp, but all three are shown to be just as wimpy and completely helpless against Trykie. Sperg in particular is shown to be an avid dancer with dreams of Broadway, which betrays just how much of a projecting bully he is.
  • I Never Told You My Name: Parodied when Billy meets the odd boy who gives him Trykie:
Billy: How did you know my name?
    Odd Boy: I guessed!
  • No Indoor Voice: Sir Raven.
Sir Raven: Do not cry for him. DO NOT CRYYYYY!
  • Laser-Guided Karma: Irwin, Pud’n, and Sperg got their just desserts thanks to the evil tricycle. Irwin and Pud’n got beaten up by Trykie, even leaving marks on them to add insult to injury (tire tracks over 85% of Irwin's body and a threatening message on Pud’n’s full-body cast). Sperg, on the other hand, got the worst retribution among the three: an irreversible super mega wedgie.
  • Negative Continuity: Sperg is lucky that the show runs on this given his irreversible super mega wedgie that doesn’t appear again after this episode.
  • Not Hyperbole: Grim remarks that Trykie has "The Mark of the Beast"—and he means that there is literally a sticker on the tricycle that says "BEAST."
  • Real Men Wear Pink: It's revealed that Sperg wants to be a professional dancer, secretly rehearsing in back alleys and lamenting his failures ("I missed the third cue! I'll never make it to Broadway with that kind of sloppiness!").
  • Shout-Out: When Sperg is about to throw Trykie off a cliff, he shouts "This is where the sidewalk ends, baby!" For bonus points, the animators recreate the cover of Where The Sidewalk Ends for the shot, complete with an identical dog dangling off the pavement.
  • Take That, Audience!: Sir Raven mocks anyone who was paying attention to this story as a nerd with nothing better to do.
  • Tempting Fate: Irwin, Pud'n, and Sperg all relish their successful bullying of Billy and Irwin even says it was nice to not be on the receiving end of it for once. Trykie quickly comes to show that fate is unkind and eager for payback.
  • This Cannot Be!: Sperg when confronted by Trykie.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: Irwin invokes this, stating it was nice to not be the victim of bullying for once.
  • "Where Are They Now?" Epilogue: Sir Raven says that Billy got a new unicycle. He doesn't know or care what happened to anyone else, though, saying they bored him.
  • Whole-Plot Reference: To Christine.

Kick Billy's Butt

Sperg gave Billy an atomic wedgie and hang him by his underwear from a fence, as he threw his tricycle off the cliff to where the sidewalk ends.
