Alicia has learned of Peter's affair with Kalinda, and so she packs his things and moves them to the new house she rented for him. A woman in need of a liver sues the hospital for telling her they had a liver for her then reneging on it. Ms. Nyholm, representing the hospital, is being let go because she is pregnant, and she asks Will to represent her when suing them.
