Reddick, Boseman & Lockhart has been bought by ST Laurie, where the lawyers bring their dogs to work. David Lee works there. Lucca represents a wealthy woman in a divorce case. Diane is assigned pro bono work and her first judge is Julius Cain.

Before he knew it, he was accused of inappropriate behavior, disbarred and couldn't get any other job. He openly tells Julius the same fate will happen to him if he defies this order.
