After Frost gets attacked by the Black Flame, Team Flash tries to lure the mysterious entity into a trap, with the help of Dr. Carla Tannhauser. Meanwhile, Iris and Sue try to help Tinya in finding her mom.

- "Not So Different" Remark: When Barry initially refuses to go along with Frost's plan to put herself in danger, the latter points out that Iris also didn't sit back to protect herself.
