Legendary anti-terrorist special agent Jack Flowers is on the case of a terroristic plot set to go down in Woodcrest and Huey is deemed the primary suspect when it’s really Ed Wuncler III and Gin Rummy, so he must try to clear his name and save the day.

- Cartwright Curse: Parodied, Jack Flowers has had a ridiculous number of girlfriends who got kidnapped by various terrorists and murdered in comical ways.
- Expy: Jack Flowers is an obvious parody of Jack Bauer.
- Groin Attack: The primary torture technique of Jack Flowers. Uncle Ruckus also does this to Dan the Security Man's nuts.
- Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique: Jack Flower's method of interrogation is kicking the suspects in their groins until they confess. If they don't confess right way, he brings out the steel boot.
