A Night of Blue Flame
In Shinjuku, Ichiko Ohya and Chihaya Mifune fight off a pair of Shadows until Panther arrives to defeat them. Chihaya then performs one of her readings and informs the Phantom Thief about several people in danger. Panther thanks her before leaving.
Meanwhile, in Shibuya, all shop owners had armed themselves, and Phantom Thieves memorabilia covered the entire district. As Skull and Fox patrolled the area, a Lesser Shadow gets flown out of the subway entrance and dissolved, thanks to Sae Niijima. The defense attorney immediately heads over to Untouchable to retrieve weapons for herself. After buying them, Sae returns to the plaza to find it in chaos and joins the battle. During the scuffle, an ice spell from Fox kills one of the Greater Shadows, and the Thief destroys the rest of the enemies with his katana. He soon requests healing for the injured people through his communication device.
Upon receiving Fox's message, Queen and Violet make their way to the Shibuya Plaza. Once arriving, the two Thieves begin their healing. While Violet finishes using Diarama on a young mother, Queen checks up on Sae, who reassures her that she's alright. The sisters' conversation gets interrupted by a sudden gunshot destroying a Shadow, the attack coming from Toranosuke Yoshida's model shotgun.
At the Penguin Sniper club in Kichijoji, Yuuki Mishima teams up with the bartender to take out numerous Shadows, leaving only a Pyro Jack. Mishima distracts the Greater Shadow, allowing the bartender to dump ice water on it. Mishima then finishes off the Pyro Jack with a broken bottle.
Hiding in an alley from the Shadows searching for him, Kenzo takes a breather before resolving to escape alive, triggering a voice inside his head to speak to him. At his affirmation to fight back, the feather vane he found earlier embeds itself into his hand, allowing him to Awaken to his Persona, Quasimodo.
