Pains Remembered

Minako informs Yukari about what she learned from Maruki. The two women begin remembering Minato, with Minako discussing their younger years. As they continue reminiscing, Yukari tells Minako about the Abyss of Time and Erebus, leading the Wild Card to believe in getting a chance to resurrect her brother, having found her determination to achieve her new objective.

Rumi wakes up, recalling the events of bringing Sho to Takemi's clinic and panicking at the sight of Minako's Evoker. She attempts to remember what happened to her parents but fails, deciding to think about it later and check on Sho. As she heads to the clinic, Rumi sees a Shadow swallowing a Vane of Order, causing it to grow large. The Shadow notices her and strikes, only for Maruki to show up and fight back with his Persona, Adam. But despite his efforts, Maruki gets badly damaged by the Shadow's attacks. The enemy then prepares to cause further harm.

Suddenly, Sho comes to Rumi and Maruki's rescue, ranting about how much he hates people and accusing the Shadow of making him care about them before killing it with his sabers. He turns to find Maruki calling for Rumi and asks what's wrong. Maruki immediately pleads with Sho to help him take her to the clinic.

After receiving Maruki's call, Minako, Aigis, and Labrys hurry to Takemi's clinic, finding Sho already there with Joker and Oracle watching over Rumi. As Sho demands what to do, Oracle abruptly warns everyone about Rumi's Shadow beginning to wake up and orders them to bring the woman to a safe area. Heading outside, Joker tells Oracle to contact Persona-users currently available, knowing that the battle with Rumi's Shadow will be difficult even with their sufficient strength.

The group arrives at Setagaya Park just as Queen and Morgana show up. Once Oracle transports Rumi to the middle of the field, the Persona-users begin preparing themselves as the Shadow emerges from the woman's body, introducing herself as the Greek goddess of strife, Eris.
