Go To

Priya (Aarti Mann) feels threatened by Leonard hanging out with his ex-girlfriend Penny all the time and tells Leonard that he has to cut the cord with her. Meanwhile, Sheldon attempts to figure out Howard's magic trick.

Tropes

  • The Glasses Gotta Go: Priya convinces Leonard to switch to contacts. They don't really work for him.
  • Impossibly Awesome Magic Trick: Played with. Howard repeatedly performs a card trick that has Sheldon completely stumped. At the end of the episode, it's revealed to the audience — but not Sheldon — that he's not actually finding anyone's card; they're all just playing along in order to drive Sheldon crazy.
  • Noodle Incident: Sheldon mentions the time he hacked into a government computer as a kid to get uranium. This is later shown on Young Sheldon (see 'Rockets, Communists, and the Dewey Decimal System').
Sheldon: Apparently, you can't hack into a government super computer and then try to buy uranium without the Department of Homeland Security tattling on your mother.
