Amy, Bernadette and Penny are having drinks at some pub while Howard, Leonard, Raj and Sheldon are playing Dungeons & Dragons at Leonard and Penny's apartment.
Penny's ex-boyfriend, Zach (Brian Thomas Smith), happens to be at the same pub, with his wife Marissa (Lindsey Kraft). Things are going well for the two of them. Zach invites Penny and Leonard to dinner on his yacht. There, Zach reveals his infertility to Leonard and Penny. Marissa and Zach want Leonard to be the biological father of their baby.
Clearly Penny, who does not want to have children, has a problem with this arrangement, but she agrees to support Leonard if he decides to go through with it.
Meanwhile, Raj tries to get back together with Anu (Rati Gupta). Maybe instead of rushing to their arranged marriage, the two of them should try going on dates without the pressure of a scheduled marriage. Anu agrees.

- Alone Among the Couples: Anu says Raj wants to marry her only because all of his friends are married and he doesn't want to be the only single among them.
- Department of Redundancy Department: Sheldon says that Gordon Letwin "helped create the HPFS file system" for Microsoft's OS/2. Sheldon ought to know that HPFS stands for High Performance File System, so he has essentially said that Letwin helped created the High Performance File System file system.
- Do You Want to Haggle?: Although he's rich now, Zach doesn't have much skill negotiating prices. "I asked for the most expensive one they have. They said it was $200 and I said I want a more expensive one. And then, they said it was $300."
- Shout-Out to Love Actually: Raj tries to win Anu back with cue cards like in that movie. But of course Anu hasn't seen that movie. And it doesn't help that Raj didn't have his cards oriented properly.
