Nano and Hakari are shopping for underwear, with the latter wondering what sort would be most titillating for Rentarou to see her in. Nano suggests that not wearing underwear at all would be the most effective, but Hakari objects. Rentarou would surely be taken aback if Hakari were to abandon her "pure and innocent lady" character, much to Nano's confusion.

Yamame prepares vegetables for a Harvest Festival and Award Ceremony. Kurumi and Momoha are munching down on excess vegetables, when Yaku suggests pickling some of them. Yamame agrees to the delight of Kurumi and Momoha. After all, pickled vegetables can go on rice! Such a concept is surely worth a Nobel Prize.

On the roof, Suu bumps her hand into a serving cart. Ahko rubs it while singing "pain, pain, go away". Kishika is enchanted at the sight and pretends to have hurt her own hand. Ahko misunderstands what she wants, but Meme picks up on it and does the song for her. The song puts Kishika into baby mode and she gets fixated on Meme's breasts, causing her to disappear.

At the grocery store, Kusuri and Chiyo run into each other. Their fathers spend time trying to one-up each other by giving their respective daughters an increasing amount of pocket change to use at the nearby arcade. It finally escalates to the dads deciding to resolve things at the arcade themselves while the embarrassed Chiyo and Kusuri do the shopping themselves.

Naddy, Rin, Momiji, and Mei are having sushi together while discussing their favorite kinds. When Mei reveals that she's only eating cucumber rolls because she feels she doesn't deserve any kind more luxurious, the other three immediately offer some of theirs to her.

Mimimi asks Hahari for her opinion on her jewelry. Hahari is focused on Mimimi's cuteness, but compliments her beauty when Mimimi asks her to. This pleases Mimimi, prompting Hahari to think that Mimimi is pretty AND cute at the same time.

Eira is lamenting that spending time with Tama hasn't done much for her fear of cats. Tama suggests that Eira become a cat, too. Eira bashfully plays along, but Tama is unimpressed. Eira hasn't thrown away her pride as a human being, after all. To become a cat, Eira needs to observe, mimic, and learn from them. She needs to cease any and all human activity. Despite her embarrassment, Eira does enjoy resting her head on Yaku's lap.

Mai, Rentarou, Iku, and Uto are trying on various costumes. When the latter three try on male school uniforms, Mai wonders if her world has turned into an otome game.

Shizuka waits on a bench while Karane gets them crepes. Upon realizing that she's surrounded by gyaru girls, she fiddles with her socks so she won't stand out. When Karane returns, she fixes them and explains what she was doing. Karane doesn't think anyone would have noticed, but assures her that she would have stepped in if anyone gave her trouble.

While goggling herself, Himeka finds that no one is calling her an abnormal genius. She does find someone calling her songs chuuni and herself mid. This outrages Matsuri, but Himeka doesn't care. Not only is her life just better than theirs, but playing it off like it's no big deal makes her feel like a lone wolf. Matsuri refuses to let things go and grabs her phone, calling the hater a daft sod over and over on twitter.

Himeka laughs and calls Matsuri weird before patting her on the head and thanking her. It did cheer her up.

  • Amazingly Embarrassing Parents: Kusuri's dad doesn't normally fall into this, but his rivalry with Uncle Hiro ends up dragging him into it. Uncle Hiro, meanwhile, IS normally this and his rivalry with Kusuri's dad makes it worse.
  • D-Cup Distress: Kishika drawing attention to Meme's breasts causes her to Ninja Log away
  • Everyone Has Standards: Hakari is a pervert, but she doesn't want to be thought of as a flasher even if she knows Rentarou would love her anyway.
