For the last few days, Kurumi hasn't been on the roof during lunch. Rentarou and the girls are worried and decide to figure out what's wrong. They find her after school and, after some pressing, Kurumi explains that she's been craving a French kiss and, knowing that Rentarou would French kiss all the other girls out of fairness if he tried satisfying her craving, has been avoiding him. Even Frenching a tomato didn't work to satisfy her.
But Rentarou comes up with a plan to satisfy Kurumi's craving without her getting a head start on him.
The two of then go on a date, starting at an Italian restaurant. After a number of other stops, Rentarou rents out a hotel room for the night, where the two of them engage in a French kiss.
...Or so Kurumi thinks.
It turns out Hahari got her hands on some projection mapping equipment, which she was planning to use for a coerced dress-up show. The "Rentarou" making out with Kurumi is actually Hahari serving as a Body Double, having eaten the same food at the restaurant so she would taste like Rentarou and then setting up the hotel room during the rest of the date.
It doesn't take long for Hahari to become overcome with desire, causing the projection mapping to come undone. At this point, all the other girls emerge to reveal the ploy of preventing any head starts: Kusuri had provided sleeping drugs for everyone except Hahari, who would blindly French kiss one of the girls so that none of them would know if they were clean of French kisses. (The narrator explains that the unlucky girl was Hakari, who had been French'd many times growing up.)
Kurumi is touched by the entire harem's commitment to satisfy her desire regardless of the pitfalls that come with the endeavor.
Tropes:
- Body Double: Hahari pretends to be Rentarou during the French kissing session.
- Harmful to Minors: Kurumi knows that if Rentarou gave her a French kiss, he would French all the other girls out of fairness, including Shizuka.
- Mr. Exposition: The narrator serves this role to explain how the plan was executed, and which sleeping girl got French'd by Hahari.
- O.O.C. Is Serious Business: To sell how she's desperate she is to relieve her French kiss craving, Kurumi admits that she would let Hahari be the one to do it if it meant her suffering would be relieved a little.
