The Turtles encounter an alien fugitive trying to evade corrupt authorities and they try to send him home before the Earth is destroyed.

- Goo-Goo-Godlike: The titular Starchild Quarx is considered the most dangerous being in the universe, with amazing abilities capable of creating intergalactic peace when he grows up. The armada that threatens to blow up the Earth are the collective remnant of all of the planets the Starchild had destroyed all by himself.
- Parental Issues: Whenever someone tells Quarx to do something, he just yells "You're not my father!"
- With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility: Quarx's father tells him that his powers are meant to foster intergalactic peace.
